What is the minimum sample size required for testing?

The following are the minimum sample size requirements for the actives we’re currently testing at Eagle Australia:

Capsules: 5

Troche: 5

Creams/Lotions/Gels: 3 mL

Powder Aliquot: 1 gm

Suspensions: 5 mL

Suppositories: 5

What are the turnaround times for testing my samples?

For most preparations, the turnaround time will be 7-10 business days after we receive your sample at our facility. However, if the complexity or type of formulation may exceed the estimated turnaround time, our representatives will contact you to provide an estimated date of completion.

How will I get my test results?

Eagle will email your results after the test has been completed. You can also login to the customer portal to review results and track your samples.

What happens if I get a failed test result?

In the event that a sample fails to meet specifications, Eagle will conduct an out of specification investigation to rule out laboratory error before posting the failed test results.

Do I need to do a PO with my sample submission? How does all this work?

No PO is required with your sample submission. Please view our sample submission form which includes details and instructions for submitting a sample to Eagle.
