Paperless Sample Submissions – Effective May 3, 2021
When we developed EagleTrax we recognized the transition to an electronic submission system would take time. However, the change would ultimately have a positive impact on the environment, and on our service to you. We are now taking steps to complete the transition from paper submissions to EagleTrax.
Effective May 3, 2021, sample submissions received outside the EagleTrax system will incur an administrative fee of $20.00 per submission. To set up EagleTrax training for your team, please call us at 1-800-745-8916.
Our Team Will Help You Get Started
Our goal is to ensure all customers who are not yet using EagleTrax are trained to facilitate a smooth transition. We are reintroducing training for EagleTrax and will set aside individual time for any client that may need additional system support. Contact us to request training, and an Eagle representative will be in touch to schedule your session.
If you haven’t already, register for EagleTrax today. Note that you can also register separate accounts for different users at your facility.
