The CDC has published a detailed document as well as an infographic outlining effective cleaning and disinfection methods. The document subtitled “Interim Recommendations for U.S. Households with Suspected or Confirmed Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)” provides recommendations on the cleaning and disinfection of households where persons under investigation or those with confirmed COVID-19 are residing. The infographic: “Guidance for Cleaning & Disinfecting Public Spaces, Workplaces, Businesses, Schools, and Homes” outlines effective ways to develop, maintain, and implement cleaning and disinfection plans in public facilities, and in the home.
