After you submit the registration form, our team will review the information you provided. If any information is incomplete or incorrect, our Client Care team will contact you before the account setup process begins. Once your submission has been verified, our Accounting team will email you at the address provided on the registration form with instructions for setting up your billing information. Once we receive the completed form, we will email you your login credentials.
