Work Instruction & Requirements
Your Work Instruction Number is provided via your Validation Report.
Please use the Validation Report Number to represent your Work Instruction number.
If assistance is needed, our Client Care team can help identify the appropriate number.
Missing information may require follow-up prior to processing.
To avoid delays in processing, we strongly encourage ensuring the appropriate Work Instruction Number is included before submission.
A Work Instruction Number refers to the validation number associated with your specific testing requirements, processes, or submission specifications.
Including this number helps ensure the laboratory follows the appropriate procedures related to your submission of potency testing.
Refer to minimum requirements list or test templates via EagleTrax or to the section Minimum Required Samples Size Guide on the Sample Submission Process page.
Sample & Shipping
The shipping address will be available once a submission is created and the Request Form is printed out.
That would be provided to you by the carrier of choice such as FedEx or UPS.
Yes, as this is an option!
Rush & Turnaround
RUSH service cuts the standard turnaround in half for two times the standard price, whereas a Super RUSH service can provide a turnaround within the same business day, when applicable. For more information, please contact a member of our Client Care team at 1-800-745-8916.
The timing is critical. Some tests, like sterility, have minimum incubation periods that can’t be shortened, but we can review your panel and see where we can expedite other components or prioritize your sample in our workflow.
Results & Reports
Laboratory reports for a completed test can be downloaded from EagleTrax.
Once logged into EagleTrax, go to the “Find Submissions” icon. In the “Submission Status” dropdown, select “Complete”. From the generated submission list, select the EagleTrax number for your sample. Select the third tab from the left, “Tests,” and then click the green “Print Test Report” button.
Following these steps will allow you to obtain a PDF file for your laboratory report.
Testing has been completed and a qualified personnel is doing a final review and approval of the data packet.
Your sample has been analyzed and preliminary results are currently under investigation. If your results are Out-Of-Specification (OOS), this may take additional days to be resolved.
