Since joining Eagle in 2021, Jacqueline Esqueda has now accepted the role as Vice President of Regulatory and Quality Compliance. Over the past four years, Jackie has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality. 

 

Jackie brings twenty years of pharmaceutical experience to this position. She began her career as an R&D analytical chemist at a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), where she built a foundation in method development. From there, she transitioned into formulation, process development, and scale-up manufacturing.

 

Driven by a deeper interest in clinical application, Jacqueline earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and spent time in retail pharmacy before returning to the pharmaceutical sciences. She worked as a pharmacist for a large specialty pharmacy network with 503A compounding operations and eventually became the Pharmacist-in-Charge of a 503B outsourcing facility, where she played a critical role in launching a new GMP aseptic processing facility.
